About the Role

  • We are looking for an experienced International Sales Manager to lead global client acquisition for IT service offerings.
  • Services include Web Development, Mobile App Development, AI Solutions, SaaS Development, and Custom Software Services.
  • The candidate will be responsible for managing the complete international sales cycle — from lead generation to deal closure and account growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute international sales strategy (US, UK, Europe, Middle East, etc.).
  • Generate B2B leads through LinkedIn, Upwork, Clutch, cold outreach & networking.
  • Handle end-to-end sales cycle (prospecting → proposal → negotiation → closure).
  • Lead and mentor the international sales team.
  • Coordinate with pre-sales and technical teams for solution alignment.
  • Prepare proposals, RFP responses, and commercial agreements.
  • Maintain CRM pipeline and monthly sales forecasting.
  • Achieve revenue targets and expand global market presence.
  • Build long-term client relationships and identify upsell opportunities.

Required Skills

  • Strong experience in IT service-based sales (Web, Mobile, AI, Cloud, etc.).
  • Proven track record of closing international deals.
  • Knowledge of global bidding platforms & outbound sales.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Understanding of pricing models (Fixed, T&M, Dedicated Resource).
  • Experience handling international clients and different time zones.
  • CRM tools experience (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.).

Qualification

  • MBA (Marketing / International Business) preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business / IT / Related field.
