Job Description

Mtoag Technologies is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Project Manager – AI & Software Development to lead and manage AI, mobile application, website, and software development projects from initiation to successful delivery. The ideal candidate should have strong project management, leadership, client communication, and team coordination skills, along with a good understanding of modern web technologies, AI solutions, and mobile application development. The candidate will plan, execute, and monitor projects to ensure timely delivery, effective resource utilization, high-quality output, and client satisfaction within the agreed scope and budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage AI, mobile application, website, and software development projects throughout the project lifecycle.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and resource requirements.
• Coordinate with developers, AI engineers, UI/UX designers, QA engineers, Business Analysts, and other stakeholders.
• Gather and analyze client requirements, clarify expectations, and maintain effective communication throughout the project.
• Prepare project plans, schedules, task breakdowns, progress reports, and project documentation.
• Monitor project progress, manage dependencies, identify bottlenecks, and ensure timely delivery.
• Identify project risks and issues, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve challenges proactively.
• Conduct daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and project status meetings as required.
• Manage tasks and workflows using Jira, Trello, Asana, or other project management tools.
• Track team performance, resource utilization, project milestones, and deliverables.
• Manage scope changes and communicate their impact on timelines, resources, and budgets.
• Ensure project quality, client satisfaction, and compliance with company processes.
• Follow Agile/Scrum methodologies and ensure adherence to the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining delivery standards and business priorities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 6+ years of experience in IT project management, preferably in a software development company.
• Strong understanding of AI development, mobile application development, website development, and software development projects.
• Knowledge of AI/ML solutions, AI integrations, chatbots, and automation workflows.
• Understanding of web technologies, including Next.js, MERN Stack, and MEAN Stack.
• Understanding of Android and iOS mobile application development workflows.
• Knowledge of frontend and backend development, APIs, databases, integrations, and software architecture.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, Scrum, sprint planning, and project delivery methodologies.
• Experience managing project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and client expectations.
• Excellent leadership, team management, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication, client handling, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, identify dependencies, and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or equivalent platforms.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a delivery-focused mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience working with international clients and distributed teams.
• Experience managing multiple technology projects simultaneously.
• Ability to understand technical requirements and coordinate effectively with development teams.
• Jaipur-based candidates will be preferred.
• Must be comfortable working from our Jaipur office.
