Job Description
The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on experience in both Mobile Application Development and Web Application Development, along with a good understanding of the MERN Stack, modern development technologies, and AI-powered coding tools. The candidate should be capable of actively contributing to development, leading and mentoring developers, handling client communication, making technical decisions, and ensuring successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the development team working on mobile and web applications.
- Actively participate in coding, debugging, code reviews, and technical problem-solving.
- Guide developers in selecting appropriate technologies, frameworks, and development approaches.
- Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance software solutions.
- Utilize AI coding tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, and Windsurf for development, debugging, testing, and code optimization.
- Apply prompt engineering and AI-assisted development practices to improve productivity.
- Explore and implement AI-powered features and integrations in mobile and web applications.
- Assign tasks, distribute responsibilities, and monitor daily team progress.
- Mentor developers, review their work, and provide technical guidance.
- Plan project timelines, milestones, resources, and development activities.
- Manage projects throughout the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), from requirement analysis to deployment.
- Coordinate with clients to understand requirements, discuss technical solutions, and provide regular project updates.
- Act as a bridge between clients, management, and the technical development team.
- Monitor project progress, manage deadlines, resolve technical challenges, and ensure timely delivery.
- Take ownership of technical decisions, development quality, team performance, and end-to-end project execution.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development.
- Strong hands-on experience in both Mobile Application and Web Application Development.
- Good understanding of the MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
- Knowledge of mobile application technologies and modern web development frameworks.
- Experience in software architecture, API development, database management, and application integration.
- Practical experience with AI-powered coding and development tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, and Windsurf.
- Understanding of AI integration, prompt engineering, and AI-assisted development workflows.
- Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Previous experience in leading, managing, and mentoring software development teams.
- Good understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and project management practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, team management, and client-handling skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely project delivery.
