Job Summary
- Detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst – Pre-Sales professional.
- Manage end-to-end proposal writing, requirement analysis, and client documentation.
- Support sales team by preparing winning proposals for domestic and international IT projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand client requirements (RFPs, RFQs, RFTs) and analyze project scope.
- Prepare high-quality technical & commercial proposals.
- Coordinate with technical teams for solution design and estimation.
- Write detailed project documentation: SOW, BRD, FRD, and case studies.
- Research competitors, market trends, and pricing strategies.
- Assist in client presentations and pre-sales discussions.
- Maintain proposal repository and documentation records.
- Work on bidding platforms (Upwork, Freelancer, Govt Portals, etc.).
Required Skills
- Strong English communication & writing skills.
- Experience in IT services proposal writing.
- Knowledge of SDLC and software development lifecycle.
- Basic understanding of web & mobile technologies.
- Requirement gathering and documentation skills.
- MS Office / Google Docs proficiency.
- Strong analytical and research skills.
Preferred
- Experience in international bidding.
- Knowledge of government tender documentation.
- Pre-sales or IT sales support experience.
