About the Role
We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer to lead and deliver user-centered, visually engaging design solutions for our digital products. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in both UX and UI, the ability to translate complex ideas into intuitive interfaces, and the confidence to collaborate across teams. This is a full-time, onsite role based in Jaipur.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead end-to-end design for web and mobile platforms.
- Conduct user research, analyze findings, and convert insights into design solutions.
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
- Build and maintain design systems for consistency across products.
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to align user needs with business goals.
- Ensure accessibility, responsiveness, and best UX practices across all designs.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to overall design direction.
- Present design concepts and rationale to internal teams and stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in UI/UX or product design.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered thinking and polished UI skills.
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools.
- Experience designing for both mobile and web platforms.
- Strong understanding of UX methodologies and usability testing.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience with design systems and component-based design.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, video editing, and development processes.
- Knowledge of WCAG accessibility guidelines.
- Motion/interaction design skills (preferred).
