Super Admin

The Super Admin will be in charge of the Admin Panel and in charge of the total operations. Access to the admin panel will be through login and password. The login will be through company email address and password should have at least 8 alphanumeric characters.

Installation Staff

Through this module the Super Admin will create, edit and delete the profiles of the Installation Staff.The installation staff will be able to access the installation job management modules through the login and password provided by the Super Admin. The installation staff will regularly update the tasks completed by them through this module.

Production Planning Staff

Through this module the Super Admin will create, edit and delete the profiles of the Production Planning Staff. The Production Planning staff will be able to access the Production Planning job management modules through the login and password provided by the Super Admin.

Salesmen

The Super Admin will create, edit and delete the profiles of the Salesmen. The Salesmen will be able to access and view the customer product orders obtained by them and track the delivery status of the product till completion.They can only view their own customer's order. They cannot view any other salesman’s customer order.

Branch Manager

The Super Admin will create, edit and delete the profiles of the Branch Manager. The Branch Manager will be in charge of the branch and the salesmen. The salesmen will report to the Branch Manager.Branch Manager canonly access and view the customer orders assigned to the salesmen connected to his Branch.

Dealers Network

The Super Admin will create, edit and delete the profiles of the Dealers and Sub-dealers connected to the Tracking Order Management system. The Dealers will be able to track the product orders through the online portal. They can check the order date, delivery date and track shipments once they handover the product to the transporter for delivery.

Installation Booking Slot Management

Online Booking

Upon receiving an order the installation booking portal will automatically assign the job to the installers. It will also informthe time periodfor installation according to the customer’s installation booking instructions. By default this information will be updatedvia the front end order tracking system. An email/SMS notification will be sent to the installation admin staff. A SMS notification will be sent to the transporter for pickup and delivery of the product to the customer.In case only a touch up job is required, the said task will be assigned to the installation staff.

Offline Booking

The offline booking management system has an intuitive dashboard. It enables updating of product availability status through an efficient drag and drop inventory calendar feature. The Admin, Managers, Salesmen, Dealers and Sub-dealers can use this page to check the calendar view for empty installation slots. This facility is also useful for offline installation booking by customers via SMS, call, walk-ins, email or WhatsApp. Many times quality conscious customers might want to have a physical look and feel of the product. In such an instance, the customers can directly walk in to the company showroom and select from the wide range of products displayed there.
